Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE)

The Pathfinder Bible Experience (PBE) is the official, team-based Bible study program and competition for Seventh-day Adventist Pathfinders (ages 10–15). Teams of up to six study assigned books of the Bible annually, memorizing large portions and testing their knowledge through four levels—Area, Conference, Union, and Division.

Key Aspects of PBE:

Study Focus: Participants study specific books of the Bible (alternating Old/New Testament) and the corresponding introduction from the SDA Bible Commentary.

Competition Levels: Teams compete at Area, Conference, Union, and Division levels. Teams are not competing against each other but against a standard; those scoring 90% or higher of the top score advance to the next level.

Teamwork and Memorization: The program encourages teams to work together, memorize chapters, and apply Biblical lessons to daily life.

Participation: It is highly encouraged to involve local church elders and members to help with coaching and mock testing
